Refund policy

At Bon-Ton Opticians, we adhere to a stringent no-refund policy. However, if a client is dissatisfied with their purchase, we offer exchanges exclusively for sunglasses and frames within seven days from the date of delivery, provided they remain unused and are accompanied by their original tags and packaging.

Should your order be canceled by Bon-Ton Opticians due to internal reasons, rest assured, we will issue a full refund promptly, accompanied by a detailed explanation for the cancellation.

Furthermore, if a product of lesser value than the original purchase is selected, the price difference will not be refunded by the company. Instead, a credit note for the difference amount will be provided. Please note that credit notes do not have an expiry period.

During the exchange process, if a suitable replacement cannot be found from our website, Bon-Ton Opticians will gladly issue a credit note for the respective amount.

It is imperative to acknowledge that all returns and store credits issued are subject to meticulous quality checks conducted by our dedicated team upon receipt of the products.
